Return Policy

At Fine Wood Carvings we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we would love to hear from you. We hope our generous refund & return policy is an indicator that we strive for the absolute best in quality, handmade wood furniture and sculptures.

We accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt and will provide a full refund for the product.
For shipments, you may return within 30 days upon arrival.
For the holiday shopping season (November 25th through December 25th), this is extended: we accept returns on all products within 45 days of purchase or, if shipment, upon arrival.
For shipments (domestic or international), all customers are responsible for return shipping. No hidden "restocking" fees.
If our product arrives damaged, please take a picture of your product and send it to our email with proof of receipt. We will then issue a full refund, including all shipping and handling incurred.
On furniture, our wood finishes come with a 6-month warranty where we will gladly refinish free of cost. If there is an issue of structural damage (ie. breaking, splitting, loosening), we have a 1-year warranty for the replacement or repair of your furniture free of cost.
