Return Policy
At Fine Wood Carvings we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we would love to hear from you. We hope our generous refund & return policy is an indicator that we strive for the absolute best in quality, handmade wood furniture and sculptures.
- We accept returns on all products within 30 days of purchase with proof of receipt and will provide a full refund for the product.
- For shipments, you may return within 30 days upon arrival.
- For the holiday shopping season (November 25th through December 25th), this is extended: we accept returns on all products within 45 days of purchase or, if shipment, upon arrival.
- For shipments (domestic or international), all customers are responsible for return shipping. No hidden "restocking" fees.
- If our product arrives damaged, please take a picture of your product and send it to our email with proof of receipt. We will then issue a full refund, including all shipping and handling incurred.
- On furniture, our wood finishes come with a 6-month warranty where we will gladly refinish free of cost. If there is an issue of structural damage (ie. breaking, splitting, loosening), we have a 1-year warranty for the replacement or repair of your furniture free of cost.
